3 - L'IMPÉRATRICE by Dolce & Gabbana is an Eau de Toilette belonging to the Floral Aquatic fragrance family for women. It is a fragrance created in 2009 under the D&G Anthology collection, which was inspired by the major arcana of the famous Tarot de Marseille.

In this case, letter 3 is taken as an example, which corresponds to The Empress, wanting to reflect strength and femininity with a totally delicious and delicate creation, but with character. Its olfactory pyramid opens with notes of pink pepper, kiwi and rhubarb. At its heart we find floral notes of jasmine and cyclamen along with the juicy touch of watermelon. Finally, its base is made up of notes of musk and sandalwood with the sparkle of the lemon tree.

THE MARSEILLES TAROT. It is chosen as the inspiration for the fragrances in this collection. In this case arcanum 3, the Empress, is chosen, which represents expansion and growth, as well as generosity, beauty and projects. It also has meanings closely related to women such as fertility, the possibility of pregnancy or the mother figure.

THE BOTTLE. The entire collection shares clean and minimalist aesthetics with a rectangular bottle with clean lines and a simple label that says the name next to the D&G logo. The only difference is the juices in each case, showing its color.

THE BELL. The aim was to enhance the strength of the great top-models of the moment (and of history), uniting the world of fashion with that of beauty. For this fragrance, the ebony goddess was chosen: Naomi Campbell, photographed by the wonderful Mario Tesino.
