Order/shipment claim

This is how we process your order:


      


  We prepare your order and send it to the transport agency.  




Between 12 and 36 hours, the agency enters the order in its system. Keep in mind that is from this moment when the established shipping deadlines begin. You can track your order through your customer account.



The shipping:

 


Normally the order will arrive in  8 to 10 working days 8 to 10 working days 4 to 7 working days 9 to 11 working days 7 to 10 working days 8 to 10 working days 6 to 12 working days after sending your order.

  


For more security, the carrier may request your ID at the time of delivery.



During the delivery, please check your package carefully. If there are signs of tampering, either reject the package or make sure the carrier inform the damage on the delivery note and contact us.


   


If you have not been able to reject it, raise a claim with the transport agency, keep the box with all its contents and send us photographs to manage.




Here we explain the types of incidences and deadlines available to claim:


  • False Delivered : If your order appears as delivered but you have not received it, contact our Support Team as soon as possible to make the claim. It has to be within 7 calendar days from the Delivery day, otherwise we will not be able to take the claim.

  • Damage : If your order has been delivered with a broken item, the claim must be made within 48 hours after delivery of the order, otherwise we will not be able to take the claim into account Missing order.

  • Incomplete order/Missing items: If your order has been delivered, but any of the purchased references is missing, you must initiate the claim within a period of 48 hours after the delivery of your order to review the preparation of the package.

  • No Shipment Updates: If your order has been shipped, but has no tracking updates, it must be claimed within a period of 30 calendar days. The term will be calculated on the last update of the tracking of your order, otherwise we will not be able to take the claim.


      

Perfume's club is not responsible for claims in case of loss, theft, breach and/or manipulation of the package, in case that the client has allowed the delivery of the order without signing, delivery to others or in a mailbox.
