A woody marine citrus aroma with luminous top notes of Italian bergamot and citrus of the best quality. The marine accord is the beating heart of the fragrance. The aquatic and blue depth obtained from the fusion of citrus notes with marine and aerial notes evokes the freshness of the Alpine landscapes. Base notes define the structure of Explorer Ultra Blue: a unique, premium-quality patchouli made exclusively for Montblanc is combined with refined woods to create a rich, earthy background with leather facets.

A hallmark of excellence in design and quality, the bottle's thick glass base reveals the iconic Montblanc star, representing the six glacial slopes of the eponymous mountain's snowy peak.

Assembled by hand at the Maison's Pelleteria in Florence, the protective imitation leather case is imprinted with the elegant Saffiano Ultra Blue motif and is decorated with the Montblanc emblem manufactured in the Maison's factory in Hamburg.
