FLOWER INDIGO, a fragrance with an amber floral composition enhanced by light mineral tones.

Kenzo pays homage to Japan's most iconic colour, indigo blue, also known as Japanese blue, with its new FLOWER INDIGO Eau de Parfum. This colour, extracted from the leaves of the indigo bush, has existed since the dawn of time and has long been used to dye clothing and decorative fabrics. Now, Kenzo fashion has adopted this natural indigo blue, in particular to dye its Japanese denim.

For this new Eau de Parfum, perfumers Ane Ayo and Florian Gallo captured the essence of Japanese blue using Iris tinted with Indigo Ink. At the heart of this fragrance, Iris, the blue gold of perfumery, unfolds its olfactory power through powdery and woody notes. At its base, a unique mineral accord of Indigo Ink combines with smoky and leathery nuances of Blue Vanilla to create a fragrance of addictive sensuality.

Kenzo’s environmental objectives reflect its long-standing commitment to creating “a more beautiful world”. This new Eau de Parfum is made from exceptional raw materials and 90% ingredients of natural origin*. It is presented in an outer packaging inspired by the kakemono**, and its new glass bottle is adorned with a slender indigo stem.

FLOWER IKEBANA bottles and caps are 100% glass and are entirely made in France from 15% recycled glass*** and paper packaging from well-managed FSC-certified forests and other controlled sources.

FLOWER INDIGO is part of the FLOWER IKEBANA collection, a tribute to Kenzo Takada's love for flowers and the art of living.

This collection is made up of three Eaux de Parfum for women, like an Ikebana floral arrangement, which mixes two aesthetics: floral design and olfactory creation.
