Sensai's original massage method: It is recommended to be used in the morning and at night. Spread an approximate amount (2-3 doses) all over the face and neck using the original massage method.
Massage the jaw upwards and apply pressure to the neck under the earlobe. Then massage down to the clavicle and apply pressure to the hollow just above the clavicle. Repeat in the other side.
Place both thumbs under the chin and, using gentle pressure, massage repeatedly from side to side.
