  1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
  2. Unscrew the cap, turn it upside down and use the tip to break the seal.
  3. Take out the applicator and screw it onto the tube.
  4. Squeeze the tube and fill the applicator to the fill mark (1 g).
  5. Separate the applicator from the tube and close the container.
  6. Lie down and insert the applicator deep into the vagina.
  7. Slowly push the plunger down.
  8. Carefully remove the applicator and clean it thoroughly with water.
