Before sun exposure, apply generously and evenly all over the body. Reapply every 2 hours.
Repeat the application frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, bathing or drying.
It is recommended to apply sunscreen evenly all over the body and face about 40 minutes before sun exposure.
In addition, it should be reapplied after each bath or if we sweat, and periodically every 45 minutes or so.
I use it daily throughout the summer and it goes perfectly, leaving no white residue, oily skin or anything. I have not tried the sweat thing, but I can say that so far it is perfect for me.
